Building a Foundation of Training Management and Discipline

Leaders throughout the Army have recognized that some junior and mid-grade Non-commissioned Officers (NCOs) are not enforcing basic standards and discipline. This is because senior NCOs have failed to train and hold junior NCOs accountable.  As senior NCOs, training junior NCOs and maintaining good order and discipline are our responsibility. Leaders must create a culture that normalizes inspections and correction.
