Military Instructors’ Perspectives on Interactive Multimedia Application in Military Classrooms

The objective of this study is to investigate the application of interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) products in military classrooms. This study explored the experiences of military instructors with barriers, application strategies, and professional development resources.

Military instructors are crucial in facilitating soldiers’ learning experiences and applying multimedia products effectively to ensure soldiers are combat-ready. A phenomenological approach was used in this study, which involved seven certified military instructors as participants. Semistructured interviews were conducted to collect data, and a qualitative content analysis was performed.
