Global Community Technology Challenge (GCTC) Strategic Plan 2024-2026

This document provides a strategy and a project plan for the Global Community Technology Challenge, a federal smart cities program led by the Smart Connected Systems Division of the Communications Technology Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, an agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

The Global Community Technology Challenge (GCTC) is a nation-wide public-private partnership of cities and communities, local and state government agencies, and private-sector for-profit and non-profit entities dedicated to improving the urban environment and residents’ quality of life through the integration of advanced cyber-physical systems and Internet-of-Things (IoT)-based technologies
