FY 2025 Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program FAQs

The FY 2025 Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program (TCGP) is designed to help Tribal governments strengthen their defenses against evolving cyber threats. Funded by DHS through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the program provides more than $12 million for projects that enhance governance, risk assessment, workforce training, and mitigation measures. Tribes can use the grants to develop cybersecurity plans, hire personnel, upgrade systems, and participate in DHS services like vulnerability scanning. The program underscores the growing importance of cyber resilience in protecting critical infrastructure and services for Tribal communities.
