Everything Everywhere All at Once: The Pro-Iran Playbook for Narrative Control – Part 2 examines how pro-Iran and Iran-linked hacktivist groups mobilized during the June 2025 Israel-Iran conflict to conduct cyber operations and influence online narratives. Graphika tracked more than 100 pro-Iranian hacktivist groups, including organic, state-backed, and suspected state-sponsored actors, and found that many used cyberattack claims, data leaks, doxxing, camera intrusions, and aggressive messaging to portray Iran as dominant in cyberspace. The report also investigates Cyber Isnaad Front, a newly emerged group that Graphika assesses with medium confidence as an Iranian-linked hacktivist persona, highlighting how state media amplification and coordinated online activity can blur the line between cyber operations and information influence.
