The Zero Trust Portfolio Management Office (PfMO) has worked to establish the capabilities required to achieve Zero Trust and has laid them out on a roadmap for execution across the Department of Defense using the following method: Define, understand, contextualize, develop, and refine.

This report outlines the plan, guidelines, and steps to achieve zero trust across the Department of Defense by FY2027.
